Petitions, Remonstrances, Communications, Citizens and Tax Payers wishing to address <br />Council on any item posted on the agenda (Limited to five minutes) <br /> <br />Chuck Rosa - 812 South Virginia - informed Council he is opposed to the Sex Offender <br />Ordinance. <br />
