INVOCATION — The invocation was given by Dr. Dee Spears, Fairmont Park Church, and pledges <br />were led by Councilperson Bentley. <br />5. PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS, AND RECOGNITIONS <br />a. Presentation by Mayor Jerry Mouton, City of Deer Park, in recognition of the City of La <br />Porte's assistance during the recovery efforts from the recent tornado. [Louis R. CONSENT AGENDA (Approval of Consent Agenda items authorizes each to be implemented in <br />accordance with staff recommendations provided.
