CITIZEN COMMENT (Generally limited to five minutes per person, in accordance with <br />state law, the time may be reduced if there is a high number of speakers or other <br />considerations.) <br />There were no citizen comments. <br />2. ELECTION MATTERS <br />(a) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2023-3929, <br />canvassing the returns of the May 6, 2023, General Election, for the election <br />of a Councilperson At -Large Position B, a Councilperson District 1, and a <br />Councilperson District 6. [Louis R. Rigby, Mayor] <br />Councilperson Bentley moved to adopt Ordinance 2023-3929, canvassing the <br />returns of the May 6, 2023, General Election, for the election of a Councilperson <br />At -Large Position B, a Councilperson District 1, and a Councilperson District 6, [the <br />ordinance declared the election of Brent McCaulley as Councilperson At -Large B; <br />Mandi Williams as Councilperson District 1. and Robbie McLarrin as <br />Councilperson District 6; the motion was seconded by Councilperson McLarrin; the <br />motion was adopted, 3-0. <br />
