Call to Order <br /> Chairman Mike Mosteit called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m. Members of the Drainage and <br /> Flooding Committee present: Vice Chairman Mike Clausen and Committee Member Chuck <br /> Engelken, John Zemanek, and Alternate Member Daryl Leonard.
