Fred Miff, Ueo. Counts and L C Lawrence. <br />The following bills were presneted and ordered paid. <br />Otis Harrison, ~4 50. Five Points Service Sta.~y 5 70/ <br />By a motion by Ald. Counts and secon ~de~ by Ald. ~a.ff <br />the city Seery. was instructed to with hold any further <br />payments to J H Rafferty on his Eason the final Sewer <br />estimate until he had delivered into the hands of the <br />City Sec-y. all blue prints and data on the Sewer <br />System and Vdater 'Extension projects. <br />Carried <br />Alderman Geo. Counts reported for the Street Lighting <br />committee that the street lights near Guy Hamiltons, <br />the b'a~ estic Cafes , the Shannon bldg . and J S Johnsons <br />have been discontinued as a test and that there had been <br />no complaints. <br />Alderman Counts reported for the Street Lighting Committee <br />that the matter of a reduction on the minimum rate for <br />domestic consumera~ was gone into and it ~E~ developed <br />that in as much as 94% of domestic consumers used over <br />the minimum they would not benefit by a reduction and <br />that an effort would be made to get a reduction in <br />the rate per K W. <br />Alderman Counts reported for the Street and A11ey Com. <br />that it will coat ~p225 00 to put 300 C Y gravel on <br />>w. Carrot ave. from Ivia.in to C and that property owners <br />~~ would raise between X75 00 and ~p100 00 toward th® <br />prod act . <br />No further business to come before the council <br />adjournment was taken. <br />City Sec~y: <br />R~iayor <br />
