Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. <br />Lawrence that the matter of renewal of the Firemens Ind. <br />policy be refered to the finsnce conIInittee and legal advuser <br />with power to act. <br />Garried. <br />Ald. Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. Roark <br />that bids be asked for for the repairing of a bridge on Roscoe <br />ave.bet~een Lobit and Carrol, also on trimming Gown the <br />banks on either side of bridge. <br />Carried. <br />Alderman Counts offered a motion which was seconasd by Ald. <br />Koark that the S and B Committee ask for proposals for <br />the scarifying and grading of certain streets vvith a term <br />arrangement suitable to the city. <br />Carried <br />Alderman Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. <br />Roark that June l0~th be set as the lase date on which taxes <br />could be paid without being delinquent. The tax collector <br />was instructed to send out notices to all tax payers who had not <br />paid their 1933 taxes and to have notice put in the locs.l <br />paper. <br />Carried. <br />Alderman Counts offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. <br />Sharp that the contract for a sewer late rat to serve the <br />homes of H G Sanland and Wm. Hoval be let to L U Casteel <br />on his low bid of 67,i`5 cents per Cu.
