Houston Lighting and Pov~rer Co., yi121.24. <br />~ By a moti on by Ald. Counts and second by Ald. Foyle the City <br /> Secy. was instructed to ascertain the number of gallons of <br />_ gasoline purchaced by the City during the past ~~~~ twelve <br /> months. <br /> J L Dunham appeared before the council and asked that he be <br /> reimbursed for tvro days in which his water service was cut <br /> on account of non payment of his water bill. His request was <br /> granted by a motion by Ald. Counts and a second by Ald. Holton. <br /> Ald. Agee offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. Holton <br /> that all water consumers delinquent in their account two months <br /> or more are to be discontinued after serving notice in writing. <br /> ~e motion carried. S Kiibler be employed as City Attorney at a <br /> salary of X25.00 per months dating from April 1/35. <br />~ Carri ed . <br /> Zhe Biuiget Committee presented a budget to the Mayor and Council <br /> for their approvals which was accepted by a moti on by Ald. <br /> Holton and a second by Ald.
