The invocation was given by Mayor Malone. <br />3. Mayor. Malone read a letter from Mark Lewis and Joel <br />Albrecht regarding the hearing on dangerous buildings, <br />which stated that two of the buildings had been withdrawn <br />due to voluntary consent of the owners to have the <br />buildings demolished. The letter also emphasized that <br />since the funds to be used for demolition are from a Block <br />Grant, Council should act upon the remaining buildings at <br />this meeting in order not to lose the funding. <br />
