Roark, City Secretary Christensen. <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting of February 28, 191.~.and <br />Special meeting of March 1, 191.~1~, were read anc'! approved. <br />Special F. R. Boyle and R. R. Busch appeared before the Council in <br />Officer's regard to a Special Officers Commission Por Mr. J. C, Kesterson <br />commission at Guy Williams place, <br />J.C.Kester- Motion by Roark, second by Burgin, that the Mayor be authorized <br />son to grand a Special Officer's Commission to Mr. J. C.
