PF~~ldoon, City Clerk. <br />h~inutes of the last meeting ti+;ere read and approved. <br />A dis cussion c^ias held on ways, means and the cost of paving, curb, gutter sand storm <br />sewer along East Ida,in, from I''ivc Points to South Kansas. 1'he Commission instructed <br />the City Clerk to notify the property owners along this section of East Main to <br />attend a meeting vrith the Commission on June 15, 1950, for further discussion. <br />'Phe Cor;anission instructed the City Clerk to notify Judge 8iehard Osborne to hold <br />Corporation Court each Saturday morning at the City Hall. <br />P~totian by Jones, second by Crate, to appoint Dymond '+~. Crawley as Dogcatcher, and <br />to furnish bond in the amount of X1,000.00. <br />Carried . <br />The Commission instructed the City Clerk to :write Holland Page, road contr~:ctor, <br />witYi copies to Howe and ti"Jise, County Engineers, and Jack Townsend, County Commission- <br />er, corapiaining of length of time they are taking to .complete road construction on <br />Grandview, Park Avenue anal Garfield Boulevard, and request them t o make an off ort <br />to complete said construction. <br />i'+Yotion by Crate, second by Jones, that the it-~.yor be authorized to sign instruments <br />in Cause Ido. 59208-A, soled A. Geo.
