D,Burgin, <br />with the folla~a.ng members and city officials present: Commissioner L. R, Rigby, <br />and City Clerk J. E. ~~Iuldoon. <br />The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the water problems in Oakhurst and ad- <br />jacent additions served by "drs. Norma Sandel. <br />I~ir. John S. Iiiibler, Attorney, representing Mrs. Sandel, appeared before the <br />Commission and stated that Mrs. Sandel had an investment in her water system <br />which netted her appro.~imately X200.00 or more per month, and naturally she <br />was not going to give this investment aiaray. Pis . Sandel would like to knc~rr ixi <br />a reasonable ti me, what the City intentions were, ie, if they were willing to <br />buy her out or if the city intended to keep these additions in the city. Be- <br />far~e spending ate' more money on her system, she would like to kp.aw these <br />ans~rers. <br />Mayor Burgin asked Mr. Kiibler if she had set a price on her water system. dir. <br />Ka.ibler answered she had, and the price is w10,000.00. <br />After a lengthy discussion, the Commission informed L7r. Kiibler they yrould have <br />to investigate further before giving him any answers. <br />The Commission unanimously agreed to hold the next regular meeting at 10:00 A. M. <br />Thursday, May 15th, instead of 7:30. <br />The Commission instructed the City Clerk to arrange a meeting with Mr. Prnest <br />Knipp, Special Attorney for Mahe City, iTr. Knapp to meet with the Commission at <br />i~:30 P.
