Carlos Smith, City Clerk Marilyn Kelley, Chief of Police H. F. <br />Freeman, Fire Chief H. The minutes of the regular meeting of April 3, 1967 and the special <br />meeting of April 5, 9967, were approved as written. <br />+ + + <br />2. Ambulance bids were received from Belford Ambulance Service, <br />Superior Ambulance Service, Brookhaven, lnc. and George Lunday. <br />(See Exhibit No. 1). Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Compton, that the bids be tabled for study. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />3. Bids were received on the purchase of a 9967 Station Wagon. <br />(See Exhibit No. 2). A motion was made by Commissicner Stabs <br />and seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, that the bids be tabled <br />for study. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />4. Gulf Oil Corporation and Humble Oii Company submitted bids for <br />furnishing Petroleum Products. (See Exhibit No. 3). The City <br />Engineer recommended that the contract be given to low btdder <br />Gutf Oil Corporation. <br />Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyce, that the contract be award to Gulf Oil Corporation. <br />Motion carried. . <br />+ + + <br />
