Pfeiffer, Commissioners <br />W. A. Stabs, Jr., Lois J. Compton, Charles D. Boyle, and Bobby <br />J. Burgin. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: None <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: City Attorney Knox W. Askins, City <br />Engineer H. Carlos Smith, City Cierk Martlyn Kelley, and <br />Fire Chief H. Gould Crofoot. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />9. The minutes of the regular meeting of June 99, 9967 and the <br />special meetings of June 22, 9967, and June 26, 9967, were <br />approved as written. <br />+ + + <br />2. A bid of X375.00 for the purchase of Lot 6, Block 33, Town of <br />La Porte, was received from Mrs. Patricia Martin. <br />Commissioner Boyle made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Burgin, that Lot 6, Block 33, Town of La Porte, be sold to <br />Mrs. Patricia Martin, for the bid price of X375.00. Moticn <br />carried. <br />+ + + <br />3. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Burgin, that a check be issued for expenses to Fireman's <br />Training School, .900.00. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />4. A motion was made by Commissioner Stabs, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Compton, that the City pay the balance of <br />medical expenses for C. S. Dunham who had an on job accident. <br />Further that the City secure signed releases from Mr. Dunham. <br />Motion carried. <br />t + + <br />
