Thomas, <br />Commissioners C. D. Christensen, I. J. Kibodeaux, <br />A. Uel Price and C. D. Boyle. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: None. <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Larry Broussard, Director <br />of Finance; Virginia Cline, City Clerk; Knox Askins, <br />City Attorney; Robert Cline, Director of Public Works; <br />• Police Sgt., James La Fitte and A. J. Busch, City Engineer. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Thomas. <br />+ + + <br />1. Mayor Thomas asked if there was anyone present <br />wishing to submit bids for l.) addition to the <br />police building, 2.) water mains and appurtenances <br />along Catlett Lane, State Highway Spur 501 South <br />and Vicinity; and construction of a sanitary sewer <br />along Brownell Avenue and 3.) two (2) dump trucks, <br />and there being none, declared the bids closed. <br />Mr. Busch read the bids received for the addition <br />to the police building and they were as follows: <br />1. Moore & Moore $13,148.00 <br />2. Chatham & Holzaepfel $15,280.00 <br />3. Franks & Sons $15,316.00 <br />4. Capellen Construction $18,780.00 <br /> <br />
