<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />..~. <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.......,:;,.. ...... <br />~.. <br /> <br />> <br />.; <br />'" <br />:: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1076 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT <br />DATED MAY 16, 1977, BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE CITY <br />OF LA PORTE, FOR THE INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, EXISTENCE, <br />USE, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGHWAY SIGNAL PROJECT <br />AT THE LOCATION SHOWN ON EXHIBIT 1, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE <br />A PART HEREOF, IN THE CITY OF LA PORTE; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the certain agreement dated May 16, <br /> <br />1977, between the State of Texas and the City of La Porte, <br /> <br />for the installation, construction, existence, use, opera- <br /> <br />tion, and maintenance of certain highway traffic signal at <br /> <br />the location shown on EXHIBIT 1, attached hereto and made a <br /> <br />part hereof, in the City of La Porte, be and the same is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and J. J. Meza, Mayor of the City of <br /> <br />La Porte, is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of La Porte, and to transmit the same to <br /> <br />the State of Texas for appropriate action. <br /> <br />Section 2.
