<br />e, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-10 <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REPLY BY THE CITY OF LA PORTE TO <br />A LETTER OF OCTOBER 10, 1978, FROM THE CITY OF SHOREACRES. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof for <br /> <br />all purposes, is a copy of a letter and Resolution, dated <br /> <br />October 10, 1978, received from the City of Shoreacres. <br /> <br />Section 2. Attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "B", <br /> <br />incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof for <br /> <br />all purposes, is a letter with attachments, from the City of <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />La Porte, dated October 24, 1978, which is hereby authorized <br /> <br />by the City Commission of the City of La Porte, for delivery <br /> <br />to the City of Shoreacres. <br /> <br />Section 3.
