RECEIVE UPDATE FROM DRAINAGE AND FLOODING SUBCOMMITTEE <br />MEMBERS AND STAFF ON RESOLUTION 99-31 OF THE "PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENT CRITERIA MANUAL ("PICM") CALLED FOR IN <br />ORDINANCE 1444 OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE (THE DEVELOPMENT <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE), RELATING TO DRAINAGE <br />CRITERIA AND IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />5. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM DRAINAGE AND FLOODING SUBCOMMITTEE <br />MEMBERS AND STAFF ON FILL DIRT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR <br />THE CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />6. COMMITTEE COMMENTS <br /> <br />7.
