The attached rates are currently effective for bills rendered on or after June 19, 2019, in the <br /> City of LaPorte. Notably,consistent with the results of the ministerial review of the Company's 2019 <br /> Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program("GRIP")filing at both the City and the Railroad Commission <br /> of Texas ("Commission"), the GRIP rate schedules attached provide for a slightly lower 2019 GRIP <br /> rate than what was effective for bills rendered on or after May 28,2019. The Company is voluntarily <br /> implementing the lower rate,which will be applied on a system-wide basis throughout its entire Texas <br /> Coast Division.
