CONSENT AGENDA (Approval of Consent Agenda items authorizes each to be implemented in accordance <br /> Kith staff recommendations provided. An item may be removed from the consent agenda and added to the <br /> Statutory Agenda for full discussion upon request by a member of the Council present at this meeting.) <br /> (a) Approve the minutes of the regular session held on January 27, 2020. [Mayor Rigby] <br /> (b) Adopt Ordinances 2020-IDA-134 through 2020-IDA-138, authorizing the execution of Industrial <br /> District Agreements with companies in the Battleground and Bayport Industrial Districts, for a <br /> twelve-year term beginning January 1, 2020. [Corby Alexander, City Manager] <br /> (c) Consider and discuss the adoption of ordinance 2020-3781 approving an amendment to the <br /> City's Fiscal Year 2019-20 Budget for additional funding of $230,000 to replace the roof at the <br /> Recreation and Fitness Center. [Michael Dolby, Director of Finance] <br /> (d) Adopt Resolution 2020-02 authorizing the resale of tax delinquent property located at Lot 12, <br /> Block 110, Town of La Porte. STATUTORY AGENDA <br /> (a) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute an <br /> agreement with La Porte Girls Softball Association for the use of the Little Cedar Bayou Park <br /> Softball Facilities for league operations. [Rosalyn Epting, Director, Parks and Recreation] <br /> (b) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to consider approving an agreement with the <br /> Friends of La Porte Cemetery, a Texas nonprofit corporation, pertaining to the conveyance of <br /> approximately 1.14 acres of land described as Lots 1-16, inclusive, in Block 1151 of Town of <br /> La Porte, to the Friends of La Porte Cemetery, for use as a public cemetery.
