Boyle, Roark and Holton, and Counts . A bill from J R Goodman for X2.40 was approved and ordered paid. By a motion by Ald. Bogle and second by Aid. Counts. the City Secs y. vvas instructed to have the Bond made by th Pyramid Aesbestos and Roofing Co. cancelled and a warrant for X75.00 in full settlement of the contract, sent t o them . Carried. Ins. Policies. To J I Kiibler By a motion by Ald. Boyle and secIDnd by Ald. Counts the City Secy. was instructed to in wire into the ' legality of awarding the renewal of the Cries fire s.nsurar_ce to Plir.
