Motion by Rigby, second ~' WhL te, to employ the Southern Inspecta.on Service to make the tests on the pav.Lng, tests to bs made only upon City Engineers s request. Carried. Motiaa by Whit e, seQOnd by Rigby, t o employ B. Don Skelton as Foreman in the Public Naa~ks Derpart~aent to oversee tha construction and reauodel3~g of the City Hall Annet~t, consideration X2.73-3/1~ per' hour, and ten cents per hour recital fc~c tools. The Ca~raissian were of the unanimous opinion that the Ftunble Oil and Refining Coanpas~ should build an island around fire hydrant at 10th Street, acxl the City extend $" line t o llth Street.
