M. <br />Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M.D. <br />Burgin, with the follov~ring members aril city officials present : Commissioner <br />L. R. Rigby, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, Supt. of Public '"forks W.A. <br />Artrur, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker. <br />Also present was Mrs. ~'~,A. Kelly, Bayside Terrace Engineer, a peered before the Commission to <br />discuss Bayside Terrace see~erage line tr~ ~ity of La Porte Tti..sposal Plant. <br />A lengthy discussion iaTas held, but no action was taken at this ti:ae. <br />Dennis Dumham appeared before the Commission to di.s cus s Siren for Fire <br />Department; also helmets and ice bc~x. <br />Commissioner H. P.
