Pfeiffer, Commis- <br />sioners Russell Shepherd, Lois J. Compton, and W. A. Stabs. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMM/SS/ON ABSENT: Tom W. Osburn. <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: City Attorney Knox Asktns, City <br />ngineer H. Carlos Smith, and City Clerk Marilyn Kelley. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />1. A motion was made by Commisstoner Shepherd, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Compton that the Mayor be authorized to stgn <br />the final voucher fo the State on the Comperhensive Plan. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />2. A motion was made by Commissioner Shepherd, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Stabs that the City pay dues for employees <br />only when a Ctty related organization is in question. <br />Motion carded. <br />+ + + <br />3. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stabs that H. Carlos Smith be authorized to attend a meeting <br />of the Comperhensive Water Plan for the State of Texas. <br />Motion carr~i ed. <br />+ + + <br />4. A motion was made by Commissioner Compton, seconded by <br />commissioner Stabs and carried that Ordinance No. 743 <br />be passed on first and final reading. <br />CAPTION: <br /> <br />i <br />
