Meeting Minutes of the City of La Porte <br />Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Benefits Board <br />Meeting held on March 5, 2025 <br />1. Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:04PM by Matt Hartleib <br />2. Member Roll Call <br />Present: Clark Askins, Aaron Corrales, Sherri Ditrich, Martha Gillett, and Matt Hartleib <br />Absent: Haley Bowers, Michael Dolby, and Charles Montgomery <br />3. Consider approval of minutes from the October 30, 2024 meeting <br />Aaron Corrales made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Sherri Ditrich seconded. <br />All in favor; motion passed. <br />4. 2024 Plan Performance Review— HUB International <br />Julian Fontana provided a 2024 plan year end financial review, key trends and benchmarking, along <br />with the 2025 timeline <br />5. Administrative Reports <br />Matt Hartlieb updated the board regarding the upcoming budget retreat on April 5, 2025 and his <br />plan to present the plan performance information. <br />6. Board Comments <br />None <br />7.
