Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, beginning at 5:00 PM to consider the following items of business. 1. Call to order 2. Authorizations (a) Consider approval or other action regarding minutes of the Drainage and Flooding Committee Meeting held on January 16, 2012-S. Harris (b) Consider appointing a Chairman of the City of La Porte Drainage and Flooding Committee- S. Harris 3. Staff Reports (a) Discussion of Drainage Projects in the City of La Porte- B. Eng (b) Discussion of Drainage Concerns in the City of La Porte- B. Eng 4. Set date for next Drainage and Flooding Committee Meeting 5. Committee Member Comments - Matters appearing on agenda; Recognition of community members, city employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff, regarding specific factual information or existing policy 6.
