Freeman , Jr., Chief of <br />Police to act for and in behalf of the City of La Porte, Texas, <br />and to be in direct cha~ge of The Technical Equipment Purchase <br />for Improved Evidence Collection and Preservation for the <br />La Porte Police Department. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to des~gnate a Project <br />Director to apply for aid in order to have sufficient funds to <br />implement such project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City <br />Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas that <br /> <br />Herbert F.
