KENNEDY, DOING BUSINESS AS BAYSHORE WATER COMPANY; <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.' ' <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />, Section 1. B,ayshore Water Company, which 'serves some one <br /> <br />hundred thirty,-e~g.ht (138) La Porte families, ,has threatened to <br />discontinue its service eff,ective April 30, 1970. These families <br /> <br />have no other. source, 'of water service. Accordi~gly, .the City <br /> <br />Attorney of the 'City of La Porte is herepy authorized to insti- <br />tute any and all such ,l~gal proceedings as he deems expedient, <br />includi~g but not limited to, the 'fili~g of i'njunction proceedi~gs, <br />to maintain the continuous operation of BayshoreWater Company, <br /> <br />for the benefit of all of its cust'omers, all of whom are residents <br /> <br />of the City of La Porte. <br />, Secti'on' 2.
