<br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 871 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IA PORTE, ADOPTING AND <br />APPROVING TH:E RATE SCHEDULES 'ro BE KNOWN AS SCHEDULE <br />RS-I AND SCHEDULE MGS-1 SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT "A" AND <br />EXHIBIT "B" AS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF <br />BY REFERENCE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR <br />SUCH RATES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDA.INED BY THE CITY' COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF IA PORTE, TEXAS: <br /> <br />The City Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas, <br />hereby approves and adopts as maximum charges to residen- <br />4It tial and small commercial users for electricity and electric <br />service the rate schedules of Houston Lighting & Power Co~ <br />pany, a public utility doing business under franchise in the <br />City of La Porte, Texas, which schedules shall be known as <br />Schedule RS-I and Schedule MGS-l, said schedules being at- <br />tached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" and made <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a part hereof by reference as if fully copied herein. <br />The rate and charges prescribed in this ordinance shall <br />apply to all the electricity used by each customer to whom such <br />rates are applicable as provided herein from and after each <br />such customer's first regular meter reading fOllowing the <br />adoption of this ordinance. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED, this the 4th day of January <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />197.!- . <br /> <br />;;?/~~ <br /> <br />Mayor or the C1ty or <br />La Porte, Texas <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
