' RESOLUTION NO. ;) S" 6/ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of La Porte, that: <br /> <br />The City of La Porte hereby forgives the delinquent and unpaid taxes on <br /> <br />those certain tracts of land within the City of La Porte described as <br /> <br />Lot 24, Block 79, Town of La Porte <br />Lots 29 and 30, Block 79, Town of La Porte <br />Lots 11-17, 21- 26, Block 823, Town of La Porte <br />Lots 21 and 22, Block 42, Town of La Porte <br /> <br />purchased by La Porte Independent School District in the year 1924 but <br /> <br />if by mistake any of the above described tracts of land have not been <br /> <br />.,.- <br /> <br />purchased and are not now owned by La Porte Independent School District <br /> <br />those taxes are not forgiven.
