Following review of the Minor Develop- <br />ment Site Plan, the Director shall, within two (2) weeks <br />of the filing date, take one of the following actions: <br />1. Approve the Minor Development Site Plan as filed; <br />2. Conditionally approve the Minor Development Site Plan as <br />filed, provided, the reasons for such conditional approval <br />are stated in writing and a copy of the statement is signed <br />by the Director. <br />3. Disapprove the Minor Development Site Plan as filed, <br />provided, the reasons for such disapproval are stated <br />in writing and a copy of the statement is signed by the <br />Director. <br /> <br />Department action shall be noted on three (3) copies of <br />the Minor Development Site Plan, which shall be distributed <br />to the developer, Department, and the City Code Enforce- <br />ment Division. Unless stipulation for additional time is <br />agreed to by the Developer, the failure of the Director to act <br />within two (2) weeks from the date of the Plan by the De- <br />veloper will cause the Plan to be deemed approved. <br /> <br />C. MINOR DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS: EFFECT OF APPROVING <br />AUTHORITY ACTION <br /> <br />1. Approval of a Minor Development Site ,Plan and all accom- <br /> <br />panying documentation by the Director, together with <br /> <br />approval of Public Improvement Construction Documents by <br />
