Conditional approval of a Minor Development Site Plan re- <br /> <br /> <br />quires that the developer satisfy the condit"ions esta- <br /> <br /> <br />blished by the Department. Once the stated conditions <br /> <br /> <br />have been satisfied, the Mirror Development Site Plan <br /> <br /> <br />and accompanying documentation may be resubmitted for <br /> <br /> <br />Department approval. <br /> <br />3. Disapproval of a Minor Development Site Plan requires <br /> <br /> <br />filing of a new Minor Development Site Plan. <br /> <br />D. MINOR DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS: APPEALS <br /> <br />Director disapproval of a Minor Development Site Plan may be <br /> <br />appealed to the Commission within twenty (20) days of the <br /> <br />mailing of a written notice of disapproval. The following <br /> <br />materials must be filed with the City Secretary: <br /> <br />1. A copy of the Director's disapproval letter; <br /> <br />2. A letter stating the basis of appeal; <br /> <br />Once the appeal has been filed, the Minor Development Site <br /> <br />Plan will be presented to the Commission for its ruling <br /> <br />as specified for Major Development Site Plans in Section <br /> <br />4 . 09 (B) above. <br />
