(Refer to Section VI, Increased <br />Readiness Conditions and Checklists). <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />general <br />municipal <br /> <br />B. EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> <br />Each of the services listed below is a necessary segment of <br />effective emergency management. The individual responsible <br />for each service will develop, maintain, and exercise the <br />systems and procedures necessary for the performance of <br />their functions. Each individual (Service Chief) is also <br />responsible for developing a service annex and standing <br />operating procedures (SOP'S) detailing how that service is <br />to be provided. Additionally, each Service Chief is <br />responsible for coordinating the activities of outside <br />agencies called in to assist in the performance of the <br />service. <br /> <br />Following each service assignment is a brief list of the <br />major tasks associated with that function. A more detailed <br />listing of tasks and assignments will be ~ound in the <br />appropriate service annex. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICE <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />ASSIGNED TO <br /> <br />Law Enforcement <br /> <br />Police Chief <br /> <br />a.
