PUD Districts nonnally have <br />higher densities. <br /> <br />Section 8 - 402 #10 -- This requirement should be deleted in line with <br />our cooments under Section 1 - 300 on the first page of this coomentary. <br /> <br />Section 8 - 400 -- The twelve month limitation on conditional use <br />pennits is too short and should be lengthened to three to five years. <br /> <br />Section 8 - 404 B -- A minor change in a major or minor developnent <br />site plan should not require resubmission of a new general plan. <br /> <br />a::IVMENTS 00 Aro"I CLE I 0 : <br /> <br />Section 10 - 101 #4 This section should state that the developnent <br />schedule shall indicate the approximate start ing date and the <br />approximate coopletion date. These dates should only be used as a <br />general guideline. <br /> <br />Section 10 - 101 #6 C -- "Sufficient" amount of usable open space <br />should be defined. <br /> <br />Section 10 - 102 #1 C and E -- These sections should state that deed <br />restrictions on single family residential subdivisions shall cooply with <br />the standards set by the Federal Housing Administration and that a copy <br />shall be furni shed to the Ci ty of La Porte prior to fi I I ing the deed <br />restrictions of record. However, the review by the ci ty attorney of <br />deed restrictions should be deleted because the standards required by <br />the Federal Housing Adninistration would assure qual ity deed <br />restrictions. <br /> <br />Section 10 - 103 The heading of this section should indicate that it <br />pertains to planned unit developnents. Further it should state Whether <br />or not these regulations pertain to PUD's in PUD Districts or PUD's in <br />other districts. <br /> <br />Section 10 - 103 #4 E I -- This section should state that grass may be <br />considered as a surfacing material. <br /> <br />Section 10 - 104 -- The heading of this section should indicate that it <br />pertains to PUD's. <br /> <br />lA <br />
