Is there a motion? <br /> <br />Commissioner Blackwell indicated that we needed more discussion <br />on this. Mrs. Graves said she would Dersonallv like to see <br />the multi-family left at 60%. Mr. Blackwell seconded the <br />motion. The motion carried with no ODDosition. <br /> <br />15) Section 5-800 C: <br /> <br />This section deals with a conditional use permit. Assistant <br />City Attorney John Armstrong explained this in detail.
