The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wilson at <br />1:06 P.M. <br /> <br />2. Members of the Commission present: Chairman Andy Wilson, <br />Commissioners Ed Murphree, Lola Phillips, Janet Graves, <br />Karl Johnston <br /> <br />Cit~taff Present: Assistant City Attorney John <br />Armstrong, Chief Building Official David Paulissen, <br />Director of Community Development John Joerns, and <br />Executive Secretary, Gwen Vann. <br /> <br />Others Present: Bayshore Sun's Barbara Neal, and citizen <br />Mrs.Adair Sullivan <br /> <br />David Paulissen told the Commission that he had received two <br />rezoning requests. He proposed that we schedule two public <br />hearings for Mr. Wilson for the 3rd of October. <br /> <br />There were no objections and Chairm~n Wilson suggested these <br />two requests be placed on the Oct. 3rd agenda. <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson went back to regular order of agenda. <br />item was to approve minutes of the regular meeting of <br />Due to various hindrances, the minutes were not ready <br />meeting. <br /> <br />First <br />Aug. 29. <br />for this <br /> <br />2. Item ~2, Section 10-60~: <br /> <br />Citizen comment indicates that this section, which <br />prescribes design standards or requirements accessory to <br />parking under this ordinance be amended to allow parking <br />"in all set-back areas". Staff recommended that the text <br />of this should be left alone and look at it when we get to <br />the map. <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson asked if anyone had questions, if not, he <br />entertained a motion to take staff's recommendations. Motion <br />by Mr. Johnston, Seconded by Mrs. Graves, Motion carried with <br />no objectio~. <br /> <br />~A- <br /> <br />.:.. <br /> <br />-- <br />
