<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1995 with such refund to begin the first billing cycle of the calendar month following approval <br />of the refund. For purposes of the refund under this paragraph. the over-collection balance shall <br />be calculated as if the $70 million reduction provided in paragraph Vll.A had not been made. The <br />refund shall include interest on the over-collection balance calculated pursuant to PUC Substantive <br />Rules 23.23(b)(3)(C)(i) and 23.45(g). <br />C. Commencing during the first billing cycle of the calendar month following <br />the 12065 Final Order Date, HL&P will refund the $70 million provided in paragraph A of this <br />Article VII. with interest on the $70 million calculated pursuant to the PUC Substantive Rules <br />23.23(b)(3)(C)(i) and 23.45(g). The refund will be allocated among customer classes as set out <br />on Appendix G. Refunds to transmission level customers will be based on those customers' <br />respective usage during the period February 1993 through May 1994. Refunds to customers other <br />than transmission level customers will be made by application of a refund factor applied to actual <br />usage during the month in which the refund is made. The refund factor will be calculated as <br />provided in PUC Substantive Rule 23.23(b)(3)(C)(iv). The allocation on Appendix G is the result <br />of compromises and should not be treated as precedential. <br />D. HlAP's eligible fuel costs for the period beginning August 1, 1994 shall <br />be subject to reconciliation in a future fuel reconciliation proceeding. The reconcilable costs and <br />revenues for the fuel reconciliation period staning on August 1, 1994 shall be governed by <br />Substantive Rule 23.23(b).
