<br />It <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br />Upon receipt of written Notice to Proceed from the Owner, Engineer <br />agrees to provide the following inspection services: <br /> <br />Periodic inspection of the work, in addition to the basic services <br />outlined above, to ensure compliance with the contract documents <br />and quality workmanship. <br /> <br />Owner will be notified of all site inspections and may accompany <br />Engineer. All inspections shall be conducted by the Engineer, <br />Jimmy D. Dunham, P.E., unless otherwise approved by the Owner. <br />A total of twelve ~ site visits are estimated, at approximately <br />eight (8) hours eac~.~~ <br /> <br />COMPENSATION FOR INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br />All inspection work outlined in the Scope of Inspection Services <br />shall be compensated at a rate of sixty dollars ($60) per hour, <br />portal to portal. This rate includes all expenses, including <br />milage, meals and lodging required. <br /> <br />Fees will be invoiced monthly, based on actual hours worked, and <br />will not exceed seven thousand dollars ($7,000) without prior <br />written approval from owner. <br /> <br /> <br />ACCEPTED: <br /> <br />.
