<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96- 2110 <br /> <br />PAGE 2 <br /> <br />standards, parking, landscaping, signage, and other approved <br />appurtenances related to the development of the remaining land in <br />Block One Thousand Ninety-four (1094), Town of La Porte, Harris <br />County, Texas, provided however, Bruce Angel, his successors and <br />assigns, shall obtain the prior written approval of the City of La <br />Porte as to any improvements to be constructed on said property, <br />and no permanent buildings will be allowed on said licensed <br />property. Permitted improvements or uses of the property shall be <br />constructed by and maintained by Bruce Angel, his successors and <br />assigns, in accordance with City of La Porte Zoning Ordinance No. <br />1501; City of La Porte Development Ordinance No. 1444; and all <br />other applicable ordinances, codes, and policies of the City of La <br />Porte. <br />section 4. Bruce Angel, licensee, joins in the execution of <br />this license agreement, to evidence his agreement and consent to <br />the terms and provisions hereof. <br />section 5. The city council officially finds, determines, <br />recites, and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, <br />hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council was <br />posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the <br />city for the time required by law preceding this meeting, as <br />required by the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government <br />Code; and that this meeting has been open to the public as required <br />by law at all times during which this ordinance and the subject <br />matter thereof has been discussed, considered and formally enacted <br />
