PBS&J proposes to perform the services on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached Standard Rate Schedule and TIE Test Price Schedule. While these costs represent PBS&J's best estimate of the work effort required; the nature of a TRE is such that the full scope of the project cannot be known a oriori. PBS&J has based these estimates on extensive experience with similar projects. PBS&J cannot be held responsible fer unforeseen circumstances that invalidate the assumptions used in these cost estimations. Nonetheless, PBS&J understands the importance of budgeted costs and presents this Scope of Work and Total Costs as not to exceed $ 3.3425.00 without written authorization from the City of La Porte. This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days. If this proposal is satisfactory to the City of La Porte, please have an authorized representative sign below and retum the original to PBS&J as authorization to proceed with this project. Authorization may be made by TASK or Groups of TASKS using Purchase Orders.
