<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(a) Adequate water supply <br />(b) Emergency response organization <br />(c) Written emergency plan <br />(d) Adequate communications, equipment and procedure <br />(e) Any special protective equipment or chemicals <br />2.3 Conditions of Membershio. It is a basic premise of the organization that it <br />can fulfill its purpose only if the following minimum and basic conditions of membership <br />are met by the separate members: <br />(a) Each member agrees to maintain resources in the form of <br />emergency personnel and equipment sufficient to control fires or emergencies of the <br />type and magnitude reasonable to anticipate occurring at the member's facility. For <br />prospectiye members, t~e prospective member must have resources in the form of <br />emergency personnel and equipment sufficient to control fire or emergencies of the <br />type and magnitude which have occurred in' facilities similar to that of the prospective <br />member in the preceding 5 years. <br />Minimum standards for specific types of facilities are determined as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(i) Storage facilities with tankage of flammable or combustible <br />materials must be capable of providing 25% of the resources to manage the <br /> <br />". <br />extinguisr 1lent of the single largest atmospheric or low pressure storage tank.
