(Phonoscope), to construct a fiber optic network for the exclusive use of the District to provide private cQmmunications serVice among the designated sites within the district. The fiber optic network will interconnect the' buildings designated in Section 1.3.2. IBM will provide new fiber links as required, between the designated sites.
