IBM grants the District the exclusive right to use the fiber network for the provision of <br />connectivity service. ' <br /> <br />Phonoscope will retain ownership of the fiber optic cable and the tenninating patch panels. <br /> <br />Within the four (4) year tenn of this Statement of Work, a future school site has been included in <br />the network and will be installed at a date and location to be detennined by the District at no " <br />additional charge to the District, provided that such future school site is within a one-mile radius <br />of the fiber backbone, situated between Baker Junior High and the Business Office as illustrated <br />in the attached Exhibit A.
