It is the District's responsibility to <br />assess current systems and take appropriate action to migrate to Year 2000 ready systems. <br /> <br />1.3 IBM Responsibilities <br /> <br />It is IBM's responsibility to abide by La Porte ISD policies regarding security and access to <br />district sites and buildings. IBM shall be reasonable access to any necessary areas of the school <br />premise that do not interfere with the normal activities of the school facility. <br /> <br />The IBM Project Manager will see that the IBM project team is available for orientation by the <br />district and that the IBM project team abides the guidelines. . <br /> <br />La Porte ISD will provide reasonable access during nonnal business hours or an alternate 8.:.hour <br />work block Monday-Friday. La Porte ISD shall make every reasonable effort to accommodate <br />any alternate work hours requested by IBM no additional cost to IBM. . <br /> <br />1.3. t IBM Project Manager <br /> <br />.' t <br /> <br />Prior to the start of this Statement of Work under the Agreement, IBM will designate a person, <br />called the IBM Project Manager, to whom all District communications will be addressed and <br />who has the authority to act for IBM in all aspects of the contract. <br /> <br />IBM Global Services &.
