The authority for deter~ir.~~g the VO~~~6 ~ntit:e- ~en~ of school aistricts shall be the most current Gross Average Daily AtteLdance figures as ?uQlisheG by'the Texas Zc~catio~ AJency in the Directory of Public Schools.
