<br />Designate any sites for schools, churches, parks, sewage dis-
<br />posal plants, water plants, business, industry, or other special

<br />Roads, alleys, uQsaments-existing or proposed, and adjacent.

<br />1. All existing utilities, natural water or drain~ge courses,
<br />streets, lots, easements, and fee strips as to size and loca-
<br />tion within the subdivision.
<br />2. Within 200 feet of the boundaries of the subdivision, all
<br />existing utilities, streots, and lots, as to size and loca-
<br />tion and property lines, survey lines, and the nanes or
<br />property owners.
<br />3. All proposed blocks, lots, alloys, streets, easements, pur-
<br />poses thereof, drainage or water courses, recreation and
<br />special use areas, reserves end tbeir proposed use, proposed
<br />land uses, screening devices, setback lines, proposed ded-
<br />ication of areas for public use other than street and ease-
<br />me~ts, . and. tb~e",approximate. dimension of'" a;;tl proposed items
<br />shall be shown. Public facilities and easements included in
<br />any city, county or regional plan that are included or ad-
<br />jacent to the land being subdivided shall be shown.
<br />4. Stroet names and lot and block numbers.
<br />5. Proposed sectioning, if any.
<br />6. Area in subdivision, total number of lots and blocks and
<br />total area of reserves.
<br />7. Proposed location of sediment traps to be constructed for
<br />temporary or permanent purposes in streams and other drain-
<br />age ways.
<br />8. Boundaries and locations of' any flood plains to be shaded in
<br />as found by any governmental body or state agency acting in
<br />accordance with state or federal law or local ordinance or
<br />regulations.

<br />I. APPROVAL OF PRELIr,;:nTARY PLAT:
<br />
<br />1. Upon receipt of the preliminary pInt and other information
<br />the City Council shall render a decision within thirty (30~
<br />days from the filing date. Such decision m~y consist of
<br />approvel, disapproval, or conditional approval. Conditional
<br />approval shall be considered to b0 approval of a plat subject
<br />to conformity with prescribod conditions, but shall be deomed
<br />to be disapproval of such plat until such conditions are com-
<br />plied with. All objections mado to tho preliminary plot, or
<br />conditions imposed, shall be furnished the subdivider in writing.
<br />
<br />2. vfuen a proliminary plat has boon approved, the subdivider may
<br />th~reaftor file a final plat of sections of tho proposed sub-
<br />division upon wbich approval o~ the proliminary plat hss been
<br />obtained, end upon the filing of a f'inal plat covering a
<br />portion of such 'subdivision, the remainder of the prelim- .
<br />inary plat shall be deemed as considered approved or condit-
<br />ionally approved as in Item 1 abovo, provided, however, that
<br />such approval or conditional approval of the reMainder of
<br />the preliminary plat shall be limited to a three-yoar poriod
<br />from the dato of final approval of a soction or sections
<br />thereof; provided further; however, that tho City Council may,
<br />upon application and at its discretion, oxtend such poriod
<br />of validity not to exceed two years.
