C., L. R.P .R. C., P. T.) shown on <br />each side of streets and alleys. <br /> <br />(2) Length and bearings of all tangents. <br /> <br />(3) Dimensions from all angle points and points of curve <br />to an adjacent side lot line. <br /> <br />(4) Actual width of all streets and alleys, measured at <br />right angles or radially where curved. <br /> <br />(b) Lots: Complete bearings and' dimensions for front, rear, and <br />side lot lines. The following note for side lot lines may be used in <br />lieu of bearings. <br /> <br />"All side lot lines are either perpendicular or radial to <br />street frontage unless otherwise noted." <br /> <br />(c) Water Courses and Easements: Distances to be provided along <br /> <br />the side lot lines from the front lot line to the point where <br />the side line crosses the drainage easement line or the high bank <br />of a stream. <br /> <br />Traverse line shall be provided along the edge of all large water <br />courses in a convenient' location, preferably along a utility <br />easement if paralleling the drainage easement of stream. <br /> <br />(d) Pipelines: Pipelines having no defined easement location or <br />which shall be tied by dimensions to all adjacent lot and <br />tract comers. If no agreement can be reached on a defined <br />easerr~nt, then building setback lines shall be shown at a <br />minimum distance of 10 feet from the parallel to the center <br />line of the pipeline. <br /> <br />9. Boundaries: Ownership or outline of the tract or tracts the plat <br />is proposed to subdivide shall be shm'ffi with very heavy, solid lines. <br />The boundaries of the plat shall be described with complete and over- <br />all dimensions and bearings and be tied to an original comer of the <br />original survey of which the subdivision is a part. <br /> <br />10. Extensional Data: The location, width and name of existing streets <br />and subdivisions or property ownerships and the location and dimen- <br />sions of existing lots, easements, pipelines, fee strips, survey lines, <br />building lines, water courses or other important information shall be <br />shown on all sides of the subdivision for a distance of not less than <br />200 feet. The lines of such indication beyond the plat boundary shall <br />be dashed. <br /> <br />11. Private Restrictions: A copy of the private restrictions to be recorded <br />'tvith the final plat shall be submitted for review and comments and con- <br />currence by the City Council. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />E. APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT: <br /> <br />1. Upon receipt of the final plat and 0 ther required information, the <br />City Council shall render a decision thereon within thirty (30) days <br />from the filing date. Such decision may consist of approval, dis- <br />approval, or conditional approval. Reasons for disapproval or con- <br />ditional approval shall be stated to the developer-subdivider in <br />writing. lo1hen a plat is conditionally approved, the subdivider may <br />subsequently refile the final plat meeting the objections or imposed <br />conditions, and the City Council shall within fifteen (15) days there- <br />after sign said final plat, provided it meets the objections or i~ <br />posed conditions. <br /> <br />2. On approval of the plat, said plat being otherwise fully and properly <br />endorsed, the }~yor and the City Secretary of the City of L4max shall <br /> <br />sign in the spaces provided.
