Illegal or immoral conduct. <br />In the event of termination of this Agreement, the <br />Professional shall be paid his compensation to and including the <br />month of death or, in the event of disability, shall be paid to the <br />1st day of the month in which termination occurs. <br />In the event of termination by death, disability, or by the <br />City other than for good and sufficient cause prior to the normal <br />termination date, the Professional or his representative may elect <br />to have the City purchase all logo-type merchandise purchased <br />within the previous one (1) year, at Professional's cost less <br />depreciation as set forth under standard accounting practices, and <br />to pay the same to the Professional or his representative within 30 <br />days of the date of the notice of such election. <br />The Professional shall be responsible for all outstanding <br />debts of the Professional. <br />8. OTHER EMPLOYMENT: Professional shall not, during the <br />term hereof, be interested directly or indirectly, in any manner, <br />as partner, officer, director, stockholder, advisor, employee or in <br />any other capacity in any business that provides goods or services <br />to La Porte Bay Forest Golf Course. <br />9. VACATION AND SICK LEAVE: Employee's vacation, sick <br />leave, and other benefits as an employee of the City, shall be as <br />set forth in the current edition of the City of La Porte Personnel <br />Policy Manual, except as modified by this Agreement. <br />10.
