Changes and Record <br />drawings <br /> <br />Direct labor cost times <br />multiplier <br /> <br />$ 2,500.00 <br /> <br />Total Extra Services Estimated Cost <br /> <br />$ 11,350.00 <br /> <br />All direct labor costs (hourly charges) will be supported with copies of time sheets signed <br />by the employee and his supervisor. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Wayne Smith and Associates, Inc. is prepared to begin work as soon as authorized and <br />proceed with the work in conjunction with the City's schedule. The preliminary and design <br />phases can be undertaken concurrently. A draft of the proposed plans and specifications ' <br />(Design Phase) will be provided to City staff for review comment within 120 calendar days of <br />the authorization to proceed and final plans can be provided within 30 days of receipt of <br />review comments. <br />
