Program management services <br /> <br />In 1992, the citizens of Los Angeles approved Proposition M, a revenue bond measure funded by a special tax, to <br />implement major upgrades to the Police Depamnent's' Emergency Command Control Communications System <br />(ECCCS). The revenue bond portion of this program is $235 Mil. <br /> <br />RCC Consultants, Inc. was retained to advise and assist the City's Program Manager with both program <br />management, as well as technical aspects of the program. The overall program consists of some 13 separate major <br />procurements involving radio, MDT, CAD, Records, PSAP, Dispatch, and Facilities.
