Computer Aided Dispatch <br />. Handheld radio replacement <br />. Voice radio system infrastructure <br />. Systems/facilities design integration <br /> <br />RCC's services to the City also include: <br /> <br />· Review and evaluate the detailed technical, functional, and user's operational requirements for the <br />ECCCS system and subsystems; <br /> <br />· Review and evaluate all ECCCS program staff developed solicitation documents, including RFI's, <br />RFQ's, RFP's, and RFB's for the procurement of system segments and services; <br /> <br />· Assist the City in reviews and evaluations of proposals, quotes, and other responses received by the <br />ECCCS program; <br /> <br />· Assist the City in negotiation of contracts with selected vendors; <br /> <br />· Advise the City regarding various policy issues, which may impact the ECCCS program; <br /> <br />· Provide special written analyses, studies and reports as required by the Program Manager; <br /> <br />.. Develop and fonnalize an ECCCS Risk Management Plan, including: <br /> <br />Remedies for unplanned system/subsystem performance; <br />Business consequences of limited or unsuccessful system perfonnance; <br />Unforeseen significant cost growths and schedule slippages <br /> <br />· Monitor efforts and provide engineering and administrative insight during ECCCS enhancement <br />program fmal startup and operations implementation; <br /> <br />· Participate as requested in design reviews, project reviews, and City staff meetings pertaining to the <br />ECCCS Enhancement and Upgrade Program. <br /> <br />Finally, RCC will assist the City during program closeout activities, including validation of acceptance <br />documentation, system and subsystem design documents, technical operations and maintenance manuals, and as- <br />built documentation. <br /> <br />RCC Consultants, Inc. <br />Selected Projects <br /> <br />Rev. 6129100 <br />
